SUPERFOODS



Do you have a health plan?

Now, I'm not talkin' Cigna or Medicare....those are your Health Insurance Companies!! They don't pay unless you are SICK! (I would call that Sick Care!)

Joe and I have put together a 20 year health plan! How do you want to look in 20 years? How much do you plan to weigh? How about your energy and flexibility? Now, what steps will it take to make that a reality?

One thing we can suggest is putting SUPERFOODS into your diet! Our goal is to try and consume at least 3 superfoods every day! It's really pretty easy to do once you start paying attention to it.

Apples
Avacados
Beans
Blueberries
Dark Chocolate
Kiwis
Oats
Spinach
Walnuts
Yogurt

  1. GREAT suggestion! It's wonderful that you and Joe work together on planning for a healthy lifestyle. It makes it so much more fun and easy to follow through when you're living with intent together.

    Thanks for posting this. It's a good reminder, not just to eat your fruits and vegetables, but to make sure to get enough of the ones that are especially good for your body. I go through phases with eating foods like this, and I'm currently on a barely-grocery shop plan since we haven't been home much. It's certainly worth doing a produce section run through to have some of these things on hand. I think you've inspired me to get back on track. So, thanks!

    Also, I love your question -- do you have a health plan. No! Not really a plan, anyway. Some good good food for thought here.
