How high is an elephants eye? I'm not sure my corn is quite that high but it is growing and sprouting and showing some husks and everything! Very exciting experiment!
I am loving this garden goodness and Martha Stewartness. Somehow it just seems to taste better than what you purchase at the store. Salad last night with some fresh green beens mixed in- YUM!
